Central Communications Center
Our Central Communications Center is located at our headquarters within the Makati Central Business District in Metro Manila. Our customer-friendly operators are always ready to assist you around-the-clock for twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including holidays.
Inspectorate Group
Our highly-trained Inspectorate Teams operate around the clock including holidays to ensure that the services of all posts, facilities, and personnel comply with the service levels required by contracts. Regular and timely inspections are carried out with reports made available to clients.
Response Team
Motorized and Mobile Response Teams are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including holidays and can respond within the least time after receipt of information. These teams are manned by highly competent security officers from our Operations Department.
Investigation Team
Investigators are available on call twenty-four (24) hours a day,seven (7) days a week including holidays to provide you with the necessary assistance and support.
Liasion and Coordination Team
We maintain regular liaison and coordination with the following institutions:
